Not exactly. If you mean to imply that the Peace Corps doesn't promote peace, but war, it would be a pretty bizzare statement. While the Peace Corps promotes a lot of different things and bad things sometimes do result, I think anyone who has actually served will tell you that promoting war is just not one of them. If you're really bored and think leaving cryptic posts on message boards might really result in positive change of some kind, there are plenty of other government sites where it might be a whole lot more relevant and productive. How about the Central Intelligence Agency - now there's a real oxymoron to have fun with if you're so inclined.
