My name is Justin Hitimana.I am an assistant lecturer at an independent Univesity in Kigali (UNILAK) and Iwould like to apply for a scholarship for i am admitted at a spanish universty for a master's degree in Peace studies, but i have not been granted a scholarship and i am not able to finance my studies.
