The Friends of Mali has been revitalized, and has a new website, new newsletter, a new budget and a new board! Now all we need are some *members*! We hope that you, as a member of a local RPCV group, will be able to help us publicize our revival. All we ask is that you post the following in your newsletter, on your message board or in your group mailing list. Thanks for your support!

The Friends of Mali has been revitalized, and wants to reestablish contact with Mali RPCV's. If you served in Mali, or are simply interested in Mali, please check out our website at http://www.friendsofmali.org . The group's mission, as stated in our bylaws, is to:
- Facilitate communication between members of the Friends of Mali and promote exchange of information relevant to the organization's objectives.
- Respond to requests or need for information about Mali.
- Facilitate the sharing and exchange of ideas, activities, materials, resources and expertise between members and other interested parties.
- Promote interest in Mali and Africa, promote development education, and represent the Peace Corps experience. Also, to support the continual learning of members in areas related to the culture, country and development of Mali
- Promote and facilitate projects members undertake in accordance with the objectives of the group.
