mike, your name sounds very familiar. I believe my group was cycle 23. I served as the ESL teacher for Ariana Afghan Airlines. I've noticed that very few volunteers from 77-79 are to be found on RPCV websites, email lists etc. I'm still in touch with one or two PCV's who were close friends, but I'd love to know about many others.Sadly, the Afghanistan we remember exists only in our hearts.
