Chris, we are just so proud to know you as our pro at CCCC. Probably not so many people tell you this but we are very proud to know what kind of a person you are. We are so sorry about your physical problems that you went through this winter. When we ask you to play with us, we don't mean to put another time constraint on your life, we really want you to play golf with us, as a friend - to get you out of the pro shop, to relax and have fun. We don't expect anything out of you - golf wise - we just would like to see you have some fun. As far as we can see, you do a tremendous job of being the pro and deciding what needs to be done, where! That is a fantastic attribute to you. You always have the right answers to everyone. Chris, when I worked on your marathon, I was extremely proud to know that I was asked to help you and to write the letters to the Guin. book of World Records - I know you should have been in there. Your feat was more than tremendous, it was a World Record.
I have been meaning to tell you for a long time - as many other members have - how wonderful you have been and how lucky we are to have you as our pro at CCCC. Ann Porter p.s. And thank you from my kids from Jimtown that don't have a clue as to how lucky they are to get to play CCCC because of you. Thank you.
