Dear Friends, Family, and Associates:

The Peace Corps was faithful to inform us that our departure date for staging was changed. We will now be departing from Los Angeles, California on Sunday, October 05, 2003. I have not yet started to pack for this adventure, but instead have been spending time with many of you and am hoping that I will get some additional opportunities to meet again (for some), or for the first time for the rest of you that I have not had the privilege to see. If you have not contacted me, you may want to soon to get on the schedule as there are only 15 days left to hang out.

Good-byes are getting harder as the time grows nearer, but I am sure that all of you will be cheering me on throughout the process. Stay wired to this website for the latest news, photos, and project updates. I am looking forward to providing you with information on the many ways that our friendship will influence my ability to serve the Ni-Vanuatu people. Thanks in advance for keeping me in your thoughts and prayers.
