My last film the $115M Columbia Pictures release, "Ali," starring Will Smith, was an 11 year ordeal. Frought with discord, intrigue, and darker still, it got made. Isn't that alot of what it's all about. The MC tells us "a 70% solution now." Time marches by, and generations don't even know who McNamara was or is. The Jim Thompson saga has preoccupied me since 1972, when my law career was put on hold after school, and I spent unspecified time in Panama, Bogota, Buenos Aires, and Santiago. I have traveled on busines to Thailand 9 times since '75 and I personally know the family of Jim's closest friend, I personally know his former lover in Thailand - in and of itself an intrigue of mammoth proportions - and would like to hear from Francine and anyone else with personal, first-tier knowledge of people and events. My initial foray into the story was met with resistance from Wm. Warren on up or down, including the Thai Silk Co., et cie, which has a business and the proprietor's reputation to preserve. I already have the story, but what I need are events to fill it out.
Kindly let me know.
Semper Fi.
