Hello -- My daughter is now in training in St Lucia, and I am so proud that she is becoming a part of the Peace Corps. Does anyone have advice for a mom who will miss her wonderful daughter? How can I offer encouragement and support? How rough will it get for her to be away from home? Do PC volunteers get lonely? How often can parents visit?

Thanks for any thoughts you might be willing to share.
