(OTC BB: HTAC), the leading population health management company, announces the appointment of Laurie Rohrbach, M.P.H. as Vice President, Client Services & Product Development of its health management subsidiary, Healthtrac Corp. Ms. Rohrbach originally joined Healthtrac in 1998, leading the Client Services department and working with company founder Dr. James F. Fries to develop advanced program offerings. In her new role, she will manage Healthtrac's client relationships and direct the company's ongoing product development strategies.

"I could not be more pleased to welcome Laurie back to Healthtrac as part of our senior management team," said Edward Sharpless, Healthtrac's President & CEO. In addition, Laurie truly shares my vision for the future of Healthtrac. With her leadership of our product development efforts, Healthtrac will continue to be an indispensable component of any comprehensive care management program."

Ms. Rohrbach received her Master of Public Health degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, complementing the Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition she received from the University of California, Berkeley. "Healthtrac products have helped literally millions of people improve their health, and I'm proud to be a part of a company that consistently has such a profound impact on people's well-being."

Healthtrac recently announced the launch of a new care management solution providing risk stratification and cost reduction to health plans. "Healthtrac has positioned itself as a next generation population health management company with the development of an advanced and robust online health system which supports all Healthtrac's products and can integrate seamlessly into health plan or employer product offerings," Ms. Rohrbach added.
