Dear Sir/Madam:

I am former RPCV, who served in Botswana, 1988-1991, I am trying to make contact with a fellow RPCV who also served in Botswana, 1989-1991. His name is Thomas Williams. Last I heard he was in Dallas or Houston Texas, I also understand that he did additional Peace Corps Volunteer service in Lesotho.

If you have his contact information, can you forward my contact information along to him or get authorization from his to allow me to contact him.
