Ruth Moss - Founder/Chairman of the Board: Ruth Moss founded the Rose Kaplan School in Taraz in March, 1998, while serving as a US Peace Corps Volunteer with the Taraz State University. Ms. Moss authored the Rose Kaplan English Teaching Methodology.

Ruth Moss currently calls Santa Fe, New Mexico, her home. She is still actively involved with the Rose Kaplan School and has made several trips back to Kazakhstan. Earlier this year, Ruth published her book on her Peace Corp's experiences, "Gift of the USA," where she also discusses, in great detail, the formation of the Rose Kaplan School.
