Kenya RPCV Brian Conners appointed community development division director at Rural Alaska Community Action Program Inc
The Rural Alaska Community Action Program Inc. promoted Hilary Morgan to Anchorage services division director and Brian Connors to community development division director. Both have been with the agency since 1997. Morgan will also direct RuralCAP's Affordable Housing, Community Bound, ReBound, and Adult Homeless Outreach programs. Former U.S. Peace Corps participant Connors will now oversee all aspects of AmeriCorps, VISTA, energy conservation, environmental education and wellness programs.
