What motivated your decision to run: Running for second term - very proud of what was done in the first two years. But two years is not enough time to overcome the years of mismanagement in the city.

Why do you feel you are the best candidate: I simply have more experience than my two opponents and I am not pushing a personal agenda. I see Pahokee as one community.

What will be your first action in office, if elected: Pahokee is in the middle of several important projects. Continue to work and support city manager in the successful completion of all of them.

Previous political experience: As Mayor of Pahokee, I have spent the last two years building alliances with our county, state and federal officials - no one laughs at the City of Pahokee anymore.
