First of all, we are the only real statement overseas. That's why we need to be there through UN or whatever it takes. On a recent trip to Russia I found myself embroiled doing a great deal of face-saving with Finnish students attacking our gov.policies. They can separate us from the overseas mess but would like us to play a part in bringing their ideas and ours to bear on our leadership. They still hold out hope we are what they believe in about the U.S. and our moral strength.But we must find ways to communicate
