I am looking for a peace corps volunteer assigned in Davao City, Phillippines, sometime around 1968 to 1969 by the name of Eugene Dougherty (spelling of last name may not be correct). He probably had college education at Gonzaga College. While in the Peace Corps, he taught Philosophy at the Ateneo de Davao College in Davao City, Philippines. I would appreciate his whereabouts very much. He plays the guitar and sang a lot of Tom Paxton's songs, like "Rambling Boy", "Bottle of Wine", etc. I could be contacted at 217/531-3671. Thank you.
