DR. BACKUS OFF TO BRAZIL

Dr B. will be in Brazil for the month of November. During the first three weeks, he will work as a physician in a medical clinic run by the Fundacao Esperanca, located one-thousand miles up the Amazon River in the town of Santarem. During the final week of his sojourn, he will travel with a fellow ex-Peace Corps staff member to one of his old Peace Corps sites to see people he hasn't visited for thirty years. Bon voyage, Dr. Bob!
