The last 1/4 of the book was so slow I had to flog myself to finish.
I could readily identify the various PCV types even though I served 30 years after Deb Gardner.
Let's hope the book generates enthusiasm to put Daniel where he belongs, either in prison or a high security mental facility.
I wonder how many RPCVs felt more threatened by other Americans than the indigenous population where they served? The PC "autonomy" is a hinderance to the "right thing" in many areas.
