One of the greatest joys of my time at Gannon was knowing and playing with Wilburn. The pure joy of being part of some of his outrageous hijinx. I smile when I think of him and Tevis and how they would play off of each other. My sister Jane and I often talk of Wilburn. My wife Alice and I hold him out as one of our folk heros. It seemed as though he could get away with just about anything. His energy and joy that he gave others were also boundless. I love having known him for that much too short of time.
