deb gardner was murdered in Tonga! When will this woman receive justice? Not while her murderer walks free in NYC! Why is nothing being done to extradite this man? What can be done about it?

What happened to this woman was a travisty that our government saw as bad publicity. In my opinion all persons responsible for the cover-up of this hanis crime should be held accountable. Although citizens in America are protected from being tried in the same crime twice, Dennis Piven commited the act in Tonga. He should be retried in America if all possible, and finally pay for his cowardly, repulsive, and grutesque act!

They should first investigate the Doctors who Peace Corps hired to protect Priven.

They should sue the Medical staff involved personally at the local level. Then they will get it.

Priven should be sued for wrongful death.

The Congress can reopen this case tommorow if they want. Is Peace Corps still using their power on the hill to protect themselves against bad Publicity now?

Since Dodd, Shays, Honda and Sam Farr are so well liked, why haven't they reopened these cases. Courage does not come to mind?

The Gardner family should petition the Congress for the ability to sue the cover for gross negligence in this case. Lebensoln, the Nurse and other Doctors involved should be investigated on how many volunteers they misdiagnosed over the years and Peace Corps should apologize publicly to Deb Gardner's parents and start a program in Tonga with her name involved behind the funds.
