Thames Fulton is a member of the firm’s Board Services Practice, serving clients in the recruitment of directors for corporate boards across industries. In addition to his work in corporate governance, Thames is also involved in assignments covering general management, operations, financial officers, sales and marketing and human resources executives in industrial manufacturing. He is based in Chicago. Previous Experience Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Thames worked as a Research Analyst at Euromonitor International, a global market research firm focusing primarily on fast-moving consumer goods. Prior to that, he worked as Project Manager at Mitternight Boiler Works, a manufacturer of A.S.M.E. pressure vessels, distillation columns and heat exchangers for the chemical and oil & gas industries. He served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Sénégal from 1992 to 1995 implementing agroforestry and natural resource management projects. Education Thames received his B.A. degree in philosophy from Georgetown University.
