The marriage of Stephanie J. Stauffer and Kelly R. Williams, both of Mount Joy, took place at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, June 26, at the Bucher Meeting House, Elizabethtown College. Mount Joy Mayor Mary Ginder officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Kenneth and Martha Stauffer, Elizabethtown.
She graduated from Elizabethtown Area High School; Princeton (N.J.) University with a bachelor's degree; and Monterey (Calif.) Institute for International Studies with a master's degree.
She completed doctoral work in applied linguistics at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., and served in the Peace Corps.
She is self-employed as a language tester and trainer.
The groom is the son of Tom and Carole Williams, Manheim.
He graduated from Elizabethtown Area High School and Elizabethtown College with a bachelor's degree.
He served in the Air Force and is employed by Armstrong World Industries Inc. as a research scientist.
Bridal attendants were Wossenyelesh Mazengia, Syracuse, N.Y.; Lisa Hitz, Elizabethtown; and Kathryn Neyer, Lancaster.
Serving as best man was Kenneth Hill, Mount Joy.
Ushers were Philip Stauffer, brother of the bride, Jemez Springs, N.M., and Eli Hostetler, Mount Joy.
