Just a short note to update the Peace Corps family on what has happened to me in the last year and 6 months. Bill's Mom, my wife Mary was diagnosed with terminal cancer last July 19, 2003, and died less than 6 weeks later here in St. Louis. It was a deep shock to me and our children. It was a very short period of diagnose, getting Mary into Hospice, travel back up to St. Louis arriving here on 7/29/03, got settled into the condo, and got Mary into Hospice here, and very shortly thereafter, on August 13, 2003 she died peacefully. Just a few short weeks ago, our son Michael and his wife Amy had their third little girl, and they named her Mary. Peace to all and Happy Holidays to everyone. Bill Nordmann (Dad)
