Just recently I had to do a paper on cocaine at the University of Akron, and I'll tell you the creation of cocaine was long before the Peace Corps and any other Corps. It started in the 1800's and if you do your research you will find out this is true, it was used as a medicine and then it was put into coca cola and then it was made into the powder form for personal use and things just migrated from there
