Please help if you can in locating DIANE MELENDEZ who is missing in Thailand post-disaster. She is a former Peace Corp volunteer in Thailand, a US resident. Female, 50 years old, traveling with friends on vacation, we believe in eastern Thailand but not sure. Any information you can offer would be of help.
