Continued to travel. Served in VN with Red Cross, volunteer in Liberia
with LWB, worked for American Embassy in Senegal when former
husband was Peace Corps Physician, received Masters Degree in City
and Regional Planning, currently working with Maryland Department of
Housing and Community Development.

Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:

PC was a wonderful experience for me and broadened my outlook. When
I returned to India 22 years after leaving PC people remembered me and
other volunteers from America, but not the fact that we were with the
Peace Corps.

Hi! I'm Steve Smith, who served with Linda Webb (nee Meinders)in Chandragiri/Reddiwaripalli in 1966-68 (India 28).
I would love to correspond via e-mail with anyone from Reddivaripalli or Chandragiri, especially those who have a connection with those years in the villages.
I am retired now, and spend most of my time in volunteer work here in Eugene, Oregon. Have often wondered about doing some HIV education in the area around Tirupati (in Oregon I speak at high schools, middle schools, re-hab centers, colleges {esp. health and nursing classes}regarding HIV education and prevention issues and living with the virus).
