I may be going to Jalabad mid next month to work on an AlternativeLivelyhood project to find alternatives to hopefully end poppy.
Can any of your RPCVs provide me any reports and suggestions for this program especially related to alternative crops to Poppy production. Any info on Jalabad and that part of the country would also be useful.
I am also a RPCV from India 3 group back in the mid 60's. Have not looked but is there a similar site to this one? Thanks and regards. klyvers@aol.com
