Bring us up to date on your life after the peace corps:

Service in Panama and travel in Latin America convinced me to study the region further. Since 1980, I have taught Latin American history at North Carolina State University.

Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:

The best educational model and experience I've ever witnessed.

Any message for returned volunteers?:

Stay engaged. The US and the world needs your thoughts and actions more than ever.
