Bring us up to date on your life after the peace corps:

Teaching Sociology, Department of Sociology, California State University, Chico. Also spent 6 years in Tanzania working with refugees, and at the University of Dar Es Salaam.
I am married since 1987, and have two children. Christopher is 16, and Kirsten is 13.

Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:

Great memories. I regularly have Peace Corps recruiters speak to my classes, and encourage students to explore the Peace Corps as an option.
For what it is worth, my mom went in the Peace Corps last year at age 71. She is currently serving in Uzbekistan.
