I worked with the Dept. of Accion Comunitaria of the Alcaldia, as a community organizer in the slums and squatter communities ringing the city

For the past almost 30 years, I have been a college professor, teaching social work, and involved in issues of homelessness and, most recently, working with recent immigrants from Mexico

Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:

The most intense two years of my life--and the place I learned to work amidst ambiguity
