Work Description:
Community/Youth Development Volunteer
I taught English, taught Tawjihi English to 5 girls that had previously failed the exam. 4 of which went on to pass and go to college. I also taught English to young girls 1st-7th grade and an aerobics class for older women. I did a lot of painting and art projects in different youth centers.

I recently moved to New York City to take a job at Transperfect Translations, Inc.
Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:
I wouldn't trade any of it for the world. Absolutely amazing and truly life-changing on all levels.
