Bring us up to date on your life after the peace corps:
Graduate studies in systems science at Michigan State University (M.S. and Ph.D.), then on faculty until 1981. Then 34-year career applying systems analysis and simulation modeling to agricultural development planning in Nigeria (yes, returned to Nigeria for research after Peace Corps) and Korea (in mid '70s) and in air traffic flow analysis in the U.S. Married 36 years, daughter adopted in Korea. Now living in Palo Alto, California, and working for Peace Alliance (lobbying for a federeal Department of Peace, www.thepeacealliance.org) and Peace Alliance Foundation on (revealing and fostering a culture of peace, (www.peacealliancefound.org). Much volunteer work along the way, including with local government and nonprofit social service and cultural change organizations.
