Water and Sanitation Officer, Banda Aceh, Indonesia

The American Red Cross Tsunami Recovery Program is seeking an expert to improve access to safe water, provide adequate sanitation and prevent water-related diseases and death. Assist in planning and managing the transition from the emergency phase into the development phase. Qualifications: B.S. or M.S. in engineering or public health. Five years experience implementing water and sanitation programs in both emergency and non-emergency setting. Two years experience overseas, preferably in Asia. Strong international project design and project management experience. U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
