Bring us up to date on your life after the peace corps:
Worked as electrical engineer primarily in engineering/construction
companies in the design/construction of petrochemical and oil refineries;
worked 8 years in Saudi Arabia for Aramco, 2 years in Costa Rica as
"retiree,"; owner/founder of BenCar Enterprises, Inc., company owns
rental properties.
Assisted my wife Carol in running Halintours, Inc. a tour operator
company founded by her while we were in Costa Rica.
Visited Pakistan four times while we in Saudi Arabia.
Active in Toastmasters International and in Habitat for Humanity.
Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:
It was my greatest experience. I consider those who served with me as
part of my family.

Anyone who served in Pakistan.
Any message for returned volunteers?:
Wherever I travel, I look for Returned Peace Corps Volunteers and Peace
Corps Volunteers. I will always have that kindred feeling to those who
shared the Peace Corps experience.
