Graduate School (Public Health adn Urban Planning), Univ. of California, Berkeley. Joined USAID in 1980. Two children (Stacey-1980 and Drew-1983). Served in Jamaica, Egypt, South Africa, Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as shorter stints in the Caucasus, Ukraine, Romania and various other parts of Eastern Europe.
