The second conference on?DRUGS ABUSE take place at San Pedro Lopes conference Auditorium in Torino City ITALY between DEC 13th-- 17th -,2005 We are inviting five delegates from each the selected countries arround the world. Our group must pay 250 euro to the Italy Office for our registration ,we cannot find the money but we really want to go to those conferences because it could help our country .
