The second conference on?DRUGS ABUSE take place at San Pedro Lopes conference Auditorium in Torino City ITALY between DEC 13th-- 17th -,2005 We are inviting five delegates from each the selected countries arround the world. In our request to invite youths from the selected countries, I went in search of e-mail on the website as a means of contacting youths and organisations in these countries . I picked your e-mail from a penpal website. Our group must pay 250 euro to the Italy Office for our registration ,we cannot find the money but we really want to go to those conferences because it could help our country . We are an youth organization called Youth for peace and Non Violence Organization and we had a our center Named Center for Rehabilitation of Victims of Torture ( AJPNV/CRVT)our main objectives is :
-Medicale and psychologique treatment of victims of torture;
_ Financial ,social , law assistance to victims of torture;
- peace and Non violence culture promotion in the youth area;
_ faithing against abuse Drug amount youth people.

i believe that this is an international joke because i also receave an invitation to participate at the same conference this year how i don't know but i see we have to pay money for who and what it's another question.
