I am going to begin my PCV placement in the Philippines early next year. I have many questions. I am seeking any suggestions or juicy words of wisdom from a current volunteer or recent RPCV.

Try to continue to eat fish and rice three times a day when you return to the US and you might not get fat again like I did.
