Strange I happened on to this message. I am travelling in Albania and looking for some PCVs to enhance my experience.
I think I belong to the 134 group. I was in the Philippines, Bolinoa, Pangisinan, in 1980 with a program to provide government loans to subsitent fishermen, and at times I was with the Fishery Program

What was group 134? I was in the Philippines 78-80, but have no idea which group.
