Has anyone been to Jumla since 1980? If so how is it?

I'm a RPCV Nicaragua, and worked at PC HQ in DC. I'm now working at an international NGO that is interested in working in Nepal, specifically in the Karnali Zone. If there is anyone interested and/or willing to talk to me about this, or interested in providing insights, please let me know.

I was a PCV in the Far West in the 1970's and walked through Humla, Mugu and Jumla a few times.
I returned to Jumla a few times again around 1991.
