Bring us up to date on your life after the peace corps:
I have lived in the Beaverton, Oregon area since returning in 1989. I worked for the American Red Cross from Oct 1989 until I stopped working in Sept 1998 to stay at home with my children. I was married to Bill Byers July 31, 1994. We have 2 children, Emma - age 7 and Gabby - age 5. I continue to enjoy being a stay-at-home-mom.

Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:
They were wonderful years - after 6 months of extreme homesickness. Jamaica provided me with many memories and stories to tell - both good and bad. I still have friends in Jamaica and I will always be grateful for them and the time I was able to spend in their country.
