Bring us up to date on your life after the peace corps:
After service I traveled to Fiji and New Zealand. It was in New Zealand I met my future husband. Upon returnig to the states I followed my heart to Oregon. My husband is a smokejumper here in Oregon. We got enganged in Belize New Years Eve 2001 and we were married November 23, 2002. I am now pursing a career in nursing. I miss Kiribati everyday and count my lucky starts that I had the oppurtunity to live in utopia.
Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:
It was one of the most rewarding experinces I have ever had and would recommend the Peace Corps to everyone!
Anyone you are looking for or would like to hear from?:
Anyone, especially K-23,K-24,and K-25....especially Surly!
Any message for returned volunteers?:
Keep the memories alive!
