Hello, my name is Bohsoon Shim (now Chris B. Chung), one of your wife’s closest college friends from Ewha University. I’d worked as a language instructor and coordinator in the Peace Corps–Korea from 1971 to 1973. Myeonghee once visited me and my family with you when I lived in La Crescenta (in the suburbs of Los Angeles) in 1978 or 1979, but we’ve lost contact since then. After I saw the picture of you and your family, which was taken in Seoul in 2002, on the RPCV-Korea website last summer, I have tried to send emails to your address several times, but failed. You must have changed it since then. Fortunately, I found another address of yours in the RPCV directory and am writing here again hoping you and Myeonghee get this letter. Actually I’d already sent an email to your address directly, but I think it again failed to go through, and I haven’t heard from either of you yet. So I have decided to post my search this way on the RPVC website. I am looking forward to hearing from you and Myeonghee soon
