Any message for returned volunteers?:
For the baby-boomers now retiring: now is the time for more volunteer
activities. I have been a UN Volunteer in Kosovo (2000) and an OSCE
staffer administering elections in Kosovo (2001). There are so many
interesting things still to be done!
