Peace Corps Work Description:
Help develop fish farms with individual farms: site survey, pond construction, stocking, feeding, fertilizing, harvesting and marketing. Also, help renovate an elementary school in Blei, Nimba County.

Bring us up to date on your life after the peace corps:
After Peace Corps, I attended The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary where I received my Master of Divinity in 1994. I was ordain as an Baptist Minister in 1994. I spent two years in Atlanta,GA where I trained for chaplaincy at George Baptist Medical Center. I was an ER Chaplain at Rockdale Hospital in Conyers, GA. I moved to Greer, SC to begin an hospice program that is now VistaCare. I am the Spiritual Care and Bereavement Coordinator for VistaCare, a hospice that serves the Upstate of SC. I help patients and families dealing with the difficult issues that arrise as they face dying from terminal illness. I have also develop and chair an Ethics Committee at my hospice. I have been certified as an Advance Care Planning Facilitator Instructor.

Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:
I am grateful for my experience as a Peace Corps Volunteer. I continue to use the skills I developed in Liberia in my minister to the terminally ill.
