Work Description:

Worked primarily with restaruant owners and staff on issues of sanitation, marketing, management, and customer service, also worked with womens community groups dealing with literacy issues, marketing products, and managing group assets.

I currently am in new york city in culinary school, have re bought my restaurant in ithaca new york ,and in proccess of openning another on the west coast..
