Dear friends,
I am a former PC Associate country director Sierra Leone, W.A, went there with my Filipina wife. It was hard for us all.
Before that I worked in the Office of Management, in DC and after that in Africa Reigon as a Budget analyst. It was easy for us all.
I dearly love the Philippines and Filipinos and have a 500+ page website with a lot of information you will not find elsewhere. Some you may have seen.
The site has the only Visayan (Cebuano) Grammar translated for English speakers that exists as far as I know. And it has some other unique things.
I welcome you to the website, List and any social functions we may have in Manila or Cebu. They are announced on the List of 5,443 guests.
If you would like a Peace Corps Philippines section on http://www.livinginthephilippines.com I would be to put it up. The site gets as many as 5,000 unique hits per day.
Thank you all for serving as volunteers in the US Peace Corps, a noble cause, helping other help themselves.
Very best always,
Don
