Science teacher in Pacific region, including American Samoa, Papua New Guinea, Hawaii, Marshall Islands. Now on Saipan.

Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:

Important event in my life. I think the Peace Corps should be more professional, with more intensive training and more selection. A longer period of service than two years should be required, with much higher readjustment allowance at the end of service.
