Work Description:

I worked with the PCHealth Program, preparing teaching materials for the Maternal and Child Health clinic at Podor Hospital, and at a private Family Health Clinic. Worked with teachers at the "Women's Technical Training Center" teaching Home Economics and vegetable gardening. Responded to requests from the seconday school English teacher to participate in his English class projects.

Bring us up to date on your life after the peace corps:

I am a retired teacher of home economics and nutriton. Sevral times I have presented "Peace Corps Day" talks to school classroom-groups, and to several adult groups.

Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:

I was 70 years old when I went to the Peace Corps. I had worked in Malawi for 4 years a decade earlier and anticipated that Peace Corps experience would be productive and satisfying; and it was that. I met many fine men and women PCVs and PC Administrators.
