I am not Peace Corps Volunteer, but I had worked with this volunteer and others like Mark Smith, Maria and julie Anne Womack as I was the Health zone Chief officer in Mushenge during that period.

Mark Smith attended my wedding in May 1994. He then left for Haiti where he was working as a UN observer. I haven't heard from him since.
