I am trying to locate eight year old twins in Kazakhstan named Nataliya and Alexander. I believe that they reside in Ust-Kamenogorsk in a preschool or Umit orphanage. The adoption agency I was working with has closed their office in Kazakhstan but I am still interested in adopting them. I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you.
